Psychic Medium Bobby Brust a Royal Bust

I waited for months for a reading from acclaimed psychic medium, Bobby Brust. On the date scheduled I showed at my brother in law's house (he had just lost his wife to brain cancer), waited hours for my turn, which when it finally arrived, he insisted on taking both my husband and me together. I respectfully objected for the sole reason that Mr. Brust had probably picked up a load of information on my husband, having spent the past five hours with four of his relatives. But with me, he had no information whatsoever. I was the true test. I wasn't born in the state of New Jersey. All my relatives, deceased and alive, were far away and probably couldn't be tracked through the resources available on the internet. So as I stepped onto the deck, excited to get my long awaited reading, he asked brusquely, "What's your name again?" I answered, to which he repeated in a mocking, annoyed tone. Not a good start, I thought. I sat across from him, wondering why he was reluctant to see me alone. The others went alone. He didn't want them accompanied by their spouses. He then launched into a preface, saying that some people can't be read, that their energy wasn't conducive to such exchanges. My soaring spirits fell hard. I knew then I waited for nothing, but I still hoped someone from the other side would come through, proving he wasn't a fake, that my grandmother and good friend, both of whom suffered excruciating deaths, were still with us and in a better place. How I wanted to believe! How I wanted a sign, any sign that would allow me to walk away happy and comforted. As I held my breath, waiting, he rubbed his palms together and closed his eyes. He then rattled off a series of numbers. "What does 8, 9, 10 mean to you?" he asked. I answered I was born on the 8th. Evidently, that didn't mean anything. "Thirteen, 14," he pursued. "Nothing," I responded, even though my brother was born on the 13th. "Seventeen, 18," he attempted again. I shook my head, knowing that one can ascribe a host of meanings to almost any number. "Twenty-two, 23, 24." I had to concentrate on avoiding the eye-roll as I told him my recently deceased sister-in-law was born on the 23rd, a piece of information that I'm certain he already knew, since he had spoken to her daughter, husband, and two sister-in-laws. He went on with two more numbers--27 and 28. Nothing, I said. I didn't want to give him too much information. After all, he was a psychic medium. He shouldn't need any hints or specifics about my life, and I wanted the assurance that the information given back was pure and couldn't be dismissed by me or any skeptic listener because I had revealed too many clues. Having no luck with the numbers, he started in with the alphabet. "R--Ronald, Richard, someone with an R." I nodded, saying my brother's name begins with an R, although his name is Rick. He smiled. "What do Rick and you have in common?" I mentioned the obvious--we're brother and sister. He went on. "Helen, Ellen, H." I shook my head. I didn't know anyone by those names, and that concluded my reading. He explained that too much of my husband's energy was coming through, and he would have to read him first before he could take me. I wanted to cry. I had so many questions, so much hope. Now, it's apparent that Mr. Brust's only ability is to employ tactics that glean as much information from his sitters as he can get, which he regurgitates into some semblance of meaning. He knows their need for reassurance and uses his craft to capitalize on their grief, an exploitation of vulnerability the worst of its kind. Sometimes, he mentioned the obvious, even though it wasn't correct. For instance, he assumed my husband's sixteen year old niece suffered scholastically after losing her mother, an event that's likely to occur, but wasn't the case--her grades actually went up. One would think that her deceased mother would have taken notice of this, if he were truly in contact with her. Bottom line: Don't get sucked in. Oh, by the way, he promised me a phone reading, since he claimed I was a conduit for energy and needed to be completely alone. It's been over three months and has yet to happen. What a bunch of bull! Don't waste your time or your money.

Your experience definitely sounds like your husband's deceased loved one's energy definitely crowded out yours. We have always had the most extraordinary readings from Bobby.

Please don't let your experience keep your from trying again. Perhaps a call to Bobby saying that you are open and willing to try again will be what it takes to get you a reading.

I just had a reading last night by Bobby. I'd never heard of him before but some friends of friends had scheduled him for a visit and there was a cancellation, etc., and I decided when offered a spot at the readings, "What the hell."

I had a specific question in mind regarding a friend I'd long lost touch with whom I suspected was dead.

After a false start such as this lady described regarding numbers/dates, Bobby brought forth MANY names of a branch of my family with detailed validations from my deceased grandfather that could not have been lucky guesses.

He didn't pump me for info and I was careful to say little. After the family stuff, he suddenly brought up my missing friend by NAME with info about him that he could not have known otherwise and could not have obtained by asking anyone else present before meeting me.

Whether he was simply reading my mind (a possibility I have considered) or actually passing on imagery/messsages from spirits, I do not know. No doubt exists within my mind he is psychic.

This man is not a fake.

Ann/Kevin,

It's been two years plus since that encounter and, to date, Bobby has not come through with that promised phone reading. I tried calling to schedule, but no one returned any of my messages. Maybe it's me. Who knows? Maybe I'm not "readable." Nevertheless, it's great that you're happy with your readings. I wish I could have had a similar experience. My in-laws had mixed reviews too.

Hello Wendy, I am sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing experience with Bobby but I have to agree with both Ann & Kevin in regards to Bobby's intuitiveness and the things he picks up on. I have been having readings done by him for almost five years now and time after time he has thrown me with "exact" information that there was no way he could have found out through "research".

My first phone reading with him started out a little like yours but after a few minutes of nothing clicking he stopped and then asked me ourt of the blue "who collects angels?". I collect angels and have done so since my mother's death. He then went on to mention specific neighborhood hangouts which I frequented in my 20's.

You might want to try and contact someone else to seeif you have a better reading from them. Do not let your initial experience keep you from trying again.

Bobby Brust is THE BEST!!! he was right on target with things no one other then my deceased son could know. I believe in heaven because of Bobby.

Give him a call.. take another chance. I bet it will be worth it!

I had a phone reading by Bobby just over a year ago, and he was AMAZING! He told me things even I didn't know until I called my father's cousin and she confirmed an event that took place just the day before my reading, something that no one could have researched or known about beforehand. He reaffirmed my beliefs and I am very grateful for his gift.

If you are open-minded, you allow for the flow of energy. If you are closed or skeptical, with a 'prove it to me' attitude, we often get nothing. This is the law of attraction. You get back what you put out. Our experience of this physical reality is up to us. Not up to the world around us. That is the lesson we came to learn here. What matters most is the vibration we are 'being'. We think proof is external, but it's not. Our experience of this so-called reality starts inside of each of us.

One more thing. I watched John Edwards TV show with interest. It certainly looks good, but you can do a lot with editing. I was impressed though. He seemed to get a lot of amazing details that surprised even the families being read. I had a chance to see him in person, and I must report that he was even better in-person than on TV. I'm a very logical person. I have an engineering degree. I have to say that certain psychics are for real.

I believe that we are eternal spirits that come to this world for the experience of being physical and learning lessons that we cannot learn in the spiritual realms.

I believe that each human body is like a TV receiver. Most of our tuners are tuned to one channel, called physical reality. Some people are able to tune into the greater reality. We call them psychics.

When we have a TV that only tunes to one channel, we have a hard time believing in Cable TV with 100's of channels. But that doesn't mean they don't exist.

From all my research it seems clear that disbelief creates static that prevents psychics from tuning in to the spiritual realms.

I had a missing parent for over 34 years now, I have had readings even from Syliva Brown. She never gave me the details. I wAs told to call Bobby. He read me so well I almost fell out of the car. He gave me names he could never know! I found him to be one of the warm hearted readers I have ever met! He is not in it for the money! I spent thousands in the past with people like Syliva who waste your cash!

I just can't call it. I had a reading. he was really on target with several things: an uncles name, several aunts names, fathers name, and a tiny but relevant piece of my history. He called out acouple of occupations, which happened to be mine and my cousins and a very close aunts; he also indicated that I'd been involved recently in an activity that most people engage in every few years; he also connected names with the identified dead, on the first shots:husband and ex wife, mother and son, sister to brother, but he only once actually stated the connection, and that was after knowing both parties' connection to me.

He spent a LOT of time on tangents, and he stated some obvious, but incorrect things.

Some of these things could have been inferences, or gleaned from appearances, or the Internet, but NOT all of them.

Id say he was 75% accurate. I would certainly see him again. I'd recommend him with a word of caution.
This is not a stupid man, and when we present ourselves to him, we want so badly to believe him that we may make connections where there are none.

Sorry for my vagueness, hope you get the points.

Sorry, your analysis is totally wrong. I spoke with Bobby four times, he called ME twice, he never charged me one dime, and he proved by what he said that it was my daughter there. I spent three hours, at great expense, with fourteen other people, with John Edward. No comparison.

You are "dead" wrong, pun intended. This man spoke to me on the phone four times; TWICE he called me. He never charged me one dime. He told me things that absolutely verified my daughter was "somewhere" in his "consciousness"...describing her room, describing what I was standing next to. I spent THREE HOURS in a small group of 15 with John Edward in September 2011 on Long Island...that man may have a gift, but he has baggage and it was not pleasant.

I think bobby is a great medium. He hit everything on the nail about my father and myself and had never met me until that night. Visual things too about my mom having scaring down her left arm. No way would he had ever known that. Plus many other things that no one could have known. He is better than John Edwards in my eyes, even though John Edwards is also a wonderful medium too.

I will always recommend Bobby to everyone. He is a very caring person and wants to help others.

I know Bobby, although we've never met we have talked on the phone several times as friends (although I haven't heard from him for the past few months). This is a man with integrity. I spent $650 to be in a room with John Edward (fourteen other people) for more than three hours. He "got" things, oh yes he did. But Bobby doesn't carry John's "baggage"...and there is "baggage", I felt it. Bobby can seem brusque but that's his defense mechanism, he needs it. Inside of that shell there is a very real, caring man who CAN and DOES receive information from our loved ones. Glad to see Brandon has posted this.

Right here is the right web site for anyone who wishes to find out about this topic. You understand so much its almost tough to argue with you (not that I personally will need to…HaHa). You certainly put a new spin on a subject that's been discussed for years. Wonderful stuff, just great! https://www.bestpsychicreadingss.com/fake-psychics-online-scams/

I have seen Bobby several times and never have been disappointed. If you talk to the loved ones you'd like to hear from before it helps. People quiet in life are probably quiet on the other side. Stronger personalities have come through more at my readings. Bobby rattled off names, spot on. My phone was face down and on mute but he knew who text me! I didn't even know. My first reading was at a friend's house so Bobby didn't have any information about me. He told me specific things about my family. He knew my daughter played the flute and was in the Memorial Day Parade. (Just like I did years before...) I could give 100 examples. If you're open Bobby is the real deal!
